Working with Bread n Butter, Barnet Council have produced a range of videos on healthy eating. These videos include advice on store cupboard cooking, healthy eating on a budget and cooking for one. There are also videos providing useful advice on sugar and food labelling. To accompany these videos is a series of recipe cards for you to make these foods at home yourself.
