Winter BACE Holidays 2025

Bookings go live at 9:00am on Friday, 7 November 2025.
Make sure you have your 16-digit Holiday Activity Code ready when booking.

BACE Holidays Activities & Camps

Running on: 22, 23, 29 and 30 December 2025
(Dates are subject to change and availability)

This programme is fully funded by the Department for Education and is exclusively for children who are eligible for benefit-related Free School Meals within the London Borough of Barnet.

Eligible children can attend up to four fully funded activity days during the Winter Holidays, with a maximum of one free activity per day. To book, you must apply the Holiday Activity Voucher in your cart.

Holiday Activity Codes will be emailed to parents and carers on Monday, 3 November 2025 for each eligible child.

Programme Details

All activities follow the Holiday Activity and Food Programme (HAF) guidance and include:

  • A physical activity
  • A creative activity
  • Health and nutritional education
  • A food option (lunch or snacks) where possible

Activities are delivered by trusted community organisations. All staff are DBS checked, insured, and qualified.

Not Eligible?

Children who are not eligible for this programme can:

  • Contact providers directly to pay for a place, or
  • Access the fully funded Positive Activities project, which does not require a Holiday Activity Code.
