Yoga Parent and Child Juniors 8 - 12 years

Come and access our parent and child YO!GA workshop this holiday. This Yoga workshop is about empowerment through mindful movement. The connection with body and breath and exploring one’s feelings and body. Plus practicing yoga with your child is a great way to build a relationship with them.

Please note that each ticket or place is for one child and one grown up and the parent/carer is to stay with their child throughout the workshop.

Every young person MUST go through the process below to access the course.

2. If your application has been successful you will receive an email confirming your child's place
3. Turn up to your chosen course and have FUN!

Lastly our workshop is face to face delivery. Please note parents/carers will be part of the sessions so will be on site with their chilld. If you would like you and your child to be grouped in the same group as a another parent/carer and child due to the children being friends or due to travel arrangements, please can both parents/carers let the tutor know before the workshop.
