Overview

Super Ballers is designed to inspire and kick start your child’s love for the game of football. Our weekly sessions are for children of all abilities, pressure free and dedicated to making an environment for young players to express themselves. While fun and pleasure is our main goal, we structure our sessions to allow children to develop through football.

Every young person MUST go through the process below to access the course.

Like the sound of this course? What to do next? Every young person MUST go through the process below to access the course.
1. Press the 'Login or Register To book' button on the course page and complete and submit a booking.
2. If your application has been successful you will receive an email confirming your child's place
3. Turn up to your chosen course and have FUN!

Don’t forget to spread the word to other young people within Barnet! Watch this space for new and exciting courses that will be advertised on the Barnet Youth website! Please note: All courses are subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of the Barnet Children's Service.

No session during half term - w/c Monday 29 May 2023!!

If you would like your child to be grouped or paired in the same group as a another child due to the children being friends or due to travel arrangements, please can both parents/carers let the tutor know before the workshop.

If your young person does need 1:1 support, unfortunately we (Barnet Council’s 0-19 Early Help Programmes Team) aren’t able to provide 1:1 or additional support for a young person to access any of our activities, courses or programmes. Your 1:1 support worker would need to be provided by you as a parent/carer or any professionals (Social Worker/ 0-19 Practitioner etc) involved with your young person. The worker providing 1:1 support would need to be DBS checked and meets all the requirements to support a young person with SEND (Special Educational Needs or Disabilities and or Autism). Also the worker can be arranged by contact Short Breaks Team or Disabled Children’s Team and using your Short Break allocation. If you don’t have knowledge about these two team please know that you can contact them and find out if your child is eligible: -
Short Breaks: - https://www.barnet.gov.uk/children-and-families/children-and-young-people-disabilities/disabled-childrens-activities-short-0
0-25 Disability Service: - https://www.barnet.gov.uk/children-and-families/children-and-young-people-disabilities/0-25-disability-service

Lastly we understand that circumstances can change very quickly and sometimes a young person can no longer attend an activity for a number of reasons. Please make sure you update your profile on our website and cancel your booking in advance. Therefore, if you child misses two consecutive sessions in a row or misses 2 separate sessions across the term and we aren’t informed, or an appropriate reason isn't shared we will have to remove your child from the activity. If this continues across a number of our activities, it could impact on your child accessing our activities in the future.
