Physical Activities - Our activity camps aim to keep children as active a s possible through a range of different activities every day. All sessions hace a theme or a story to create a different experience for the children.
Different ages are accommodated for and sessions build through progressive steps so that skills are developed before game and any competitive element introduced. Scavenger hunts; parachute games and party games all keep the children moving and active whilst not presenting as 'sports'.
Creative - every day children have access to an arts and craft activity (structured) and colouring sheets (unstructured) for more relaxed intervals. we also periodically make big displays that ll children can contribute to; see their work displayed and show parents on collection. This develop their creativity and senses of teamwork and achievement
Enrichment - children have access to board games such as scrabble and chess own arrival at camp. Access to construction toys such as lego; marble run, puzzles and jingo also. SEND children at times need to have a box of activities that we can utilise of they need space during another activity so these are always available.
Dance - we have three dance coaches who have incorporated into our schedule a dance routine that children learn through the week and this can be practiced and shared with family at home and shown to parents during show and tell.
