Confidence, Strength & Fun: Krav Maga Senior's Class
Looking for a dynamic way to help your child build confidence, stay active, and learn valuable life skills? Our Children’s Krav Maga Class offers a high-energy introduction to self-defence in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
Krav Maga is a practical self-defence system that teaches children how to stay safe, think clearly under pressure, and respond appropriately to real-world situations. Through age-appropriate drills, games, and scenarios, children will develop physical coordination, mental resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth—all while having a blast!
What’s Included:
Why Krav Maga?Unlike traditional martial arts, Krav Maga focuses on practical techniques that are easy to learn and effective in real-life situations. It’s not about fighting—it’s about awareness, prevention, and empowerment. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, non-intimidating, and full of positive energy.
Whether your child is shy, sporty, or somewhere in between, they’ll find something to love in this class—and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to take on the world.

I’m Olayemi Williams, founder and instructor of Krav Maga Olayemi – a one-man band dedicated to teaching authentic self-defence through the powerful system of Krav Maga.
With over 14 years of training experience, I’ve had the privilege of learning and now teaching this life-changing discipline. My journey began with a simple goal: to protect myself and my family. That goal evolved into a passion for empowering others with the confidence and skills to stay safe.
Krav Maga is a practical and inclusive self-defence system designed for everyone – regardless of age, size, or background. In my classes, we focus on defending against real-world threats such as strikes, weapons, and multiple attackers. It’s not just about techniques; it’s about building awareness, resilience, and life skills.
I teach the way I was taught – in a fun, friendly, and respectful environment that values understanding the “why” behind every move. My biggest achievement isn’t just earning a Second Dan Black Belt – it’s the courage it took to walk into my first class and begin this journey.
My mission is to make a positive impact on the community by helping people feel confident, secure, and empowered in their surroundings.
