Overview

Drop in and use our fantastic gym facilities on site. You will be supported by a qualified sports coach on how to use the equipment. You will be free to use the cardio and resistance training equipment that we have. This is not a structured session run by a personal trainer, after your induction you set your own workout that best meets your own personal objectives. You will have a coach on hand to offer support and advice on how to get the best out of the equipment.

All participants must be aged 12 and over.

All equipment should be put away after use and left as originally found. 

Eating is not allowed inside the gym.

Please bring a bottle of water.

Please wear appropriate sports clothes.

Crocs, sandals, heels and any footwear with open toes are not allowed.

Do not obstruct the floor with bags and other loose items.

Please rotate and share the equipment with others.
