We Are GROW

We are a charity and an Agroecological farm.
We grow vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers for our partner school, The Totteridge Academy, local schools, and our community.
The wonders of the GROW farm inspire our educational work. We deliver agroecological food growing and outdoor learning programmes for children, young people, and families.
We welcome hundreds of people to our farm every year through our community volunteering & events.
Our Easter Holiday Club will welcome up to 18 young people aged 9-12 to the unique setting of the GROW farm to learn about sustainable food growing and outdoor learning. The young people will immerse themselves into farm-life and gain skills along the way.
Our focus in Easter will be on supporting them to pick, cook and enjoy healthy foods and learn about seed saving, giving them the opportunity to gain their very own 'seed saving license'!
HAF spaces are funded by the Department of Education. A four-hour funded day is valued at £25.00 per person per day. The cost to BACE eligible parents/guardians is £0.00. This offers children on the HAF programme the opportunity to attend their day at a heavily discounted rate.
GROW works with schools and communities delivering bespoke programmes in sustainable food growing and outdoor learning.
We work predominantly with local children and young people who experience barriers to learning, healthy living, and employment. We believe in food justice and the right to a sustainable way of life for all. We offer our participants the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make positive choices and changes in their lives and in the world around them.
We deliver early support, community & outreach, and volunteering & training programmes.
