Fitness: Move, Sweat, Grow

Get active, feel stronger, and have fun—this session is all about energy and empowerment.
Designed specifically for teens, this fitness class is a chance to move your body, boost your mood, and build healthy habits that last. Whether you're into sports or just want to feel good, this session offers a supportive space to get active, challenge yourself, and grow stronger—physically and mentally.

Through a mix of fun workouts, strength-building exercises, and motivational activities, you’ll:

  • Improve fitness, stamina, and coordination
  • Build confidence and resilience
  • Learn how to set goals and stay motivated
  • Discover the benefits of regular movement for your body and mind

No experience needed—just a positive attitude and a willingness to give it a go. Whether you're a gym regular or trying fitness for the first time, this class is designed to meet you where you are and help you thrive.

Plus, participants will gain an AQA Unit Award accreditation for taking part and demonstrating their commitment to personal wellbeing and growth.

All abilities welcome. Equipment provided. Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your spot.
