Hat-Making Workshop

A hands-on fashion session exploring the art of hat-making.

We’ll look at different types of hats — from sun hats to fascinators — and talk about how hats are worn for fashion, function, and celebration.
Children will learn basic techniques like shaping and decorating to create their own wearable designs.
Another mini showcase to let them show off their work!

Materials Provided:

Felt, paper, cardboard, pens, glue, ribbon, wiring, simple hat forms, and decorative items. (I’ll also bring any extra materials needed for shaping and sizing.)
