Soul Food Cooking Session: Where Flavour Meets Heritage
Get ready to stir, season, and celebrate! This hands-on cooking experience invites children to explore the rich traditions of Black culture through the soulful art of food. Guided by expert cooks, participants will learn to prepare beloved dishes that have been passed down through generations.

On the Menu:

  • Creamy, golden Mac and Cheese
  • Fragrant Rice and Peas
  • Spicy, flavour-packed Jerk Chicken
  • A simple, but tasty Dessert

As the kitchen fills with delicious aromas, children will also discover the stories and cultural significance behind each dish—connecting food with heritage in a fun, engaging way.
