Students create an original fashion character and design a bold, comic-inspired outfit using exaggerated silhouettes, graphic prints, and pop-art techniques (inspired by avatar styling like Roblox) and then create a wearable fashion piece based on their design.

Born from creativity and curiosity in the stillness of the pandemic, Cherí Pick'D began as a passion project — a way to share a deep love for vintage fashion and individuality with the world. What started as a small idea at University has grown into a distinctive online retailer celebrating original vintage and pre-loved clothing, thoughtfully curated for those who appreciate style with substance.At Cherí Pick'D, we believe fashion isn’t about trends — it’s about timeless stories, self-expression, and sustainability. Beyond the clothes, Cherí Pick'D is deeply rooted in community and creativity. We run fashion workshops for children aged 9–16 across London and surrounding areas — inspiring the next generation of designers, dreamers, and changemakers. Our workshops blend artistry and education, teaching design fundamentals while celebrating cultural heritage and inclusivity. From World Book Day and Black History Month to Easter and South Asian Heritage celebrations, each session reminds young people that fashion is more than fabric — it’s a form of expression that connects us all.Our mission is to inspire through fashion and empower through creativity — to show that reimagining, reusing, and restoring are acts of beauty.
