Sport 4 Kids Holiday Camp

The Sport4kids Activity camp is a chance for your child to take part in a range of sport and activities. We will keep them busy and engaged as they take part in team games, individual challenges and fun. Children that come to our camps don’t want to leave and love the variety and excitement that the coaches and camp bring. Football, scooter boards, basketball, dodgeball, tennis, foam making, crafts, healthy eating activities and parachute games. Just a few things they will take part in at the Sport4Kids camp.

At camp we aim to offer each child: 

• to learn about healthy living and staying active
• to play sports they may never have tried before
• to learn how to develop individual skills through progression
• to play in a team and experience the feelings of winning and losing and supporting and sharing with others
• to explore a range of arts and crafts and produce various items to take home
• through healthy eating activities develop awareness of how to eat healthy and why
• to share experiences and learning with families
• to leave camp with a belief and desire to continue healthy lifestyle and engage in sport

Booking must be made in advance!

This is a BACE Holidays activity. BACE Holidays is for children aged 4 to 16 (Reception-Year 11) who are in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals in the Borough of Barnet. 

Each child can attend up to a total of 4 days of activities / maxiumn of 4 hours per day over the Winter Holidays following Department for Education's HAF funding guidance

A 16 Digit E-voucher (Activity Holiday Voucher) will be issued by your school to your email address if you are eligible. You MUST input this code in the cart whne booking. Check your junk emails.

All camps are open to all children of all needs and abilities 

If your child has a physical disability/special educational needs and requires 1:1 support/ personal care/group support or has an EHCP at school please email:- BACEHolidays@barnet.gov.uk to make sure we can put the right support in place. 

Clothing:

Please make sure your child/young person wears clothes that they can run around in and play as some activities will take place outdoors.

Weather:

Please make sure your child has warm and water-proof clothing for cold/rainy days and suncream and hats for hot/sunny days.  

Asthma or Allergies:

If your child uses an inhaler or epi pen. You MUST make sure that they bring this along with them every day and let the camp staff know. If you do not, you will be asked to take your child home.

Valuables:

Please do not bring to camp any valuables or tech gadgets including mobile phones, tablets or gaming devices. London Borough of Barnet and the activity provider are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
