An exciting new way to exercise! This course is a chance for you to explore circus skills and take your interest further. Develop physical, mental and social skills including balance, flexibility and teamwork. Sessions will include juggling, diablo, spinning plates, hula hooping, tight-wire walking and acro-balance. At the end of the provision If the group wish to they can decided to invite your family and friends to watch a short performance/sharing of work. Every young person MUST go through the process below to access the course.

Please wear comfortable clothes and have some water as this is a physical activity.
Lastly our workshop is face to face delivery. Also parents/carers will not be able to wait on site. There will be a drop off and collect point only. If you would like certain children to be grouped or paired together due to them being friends or due to travel arrangements, please can both parents/carers let the tutor know before the workshop starts.If your young person does need 1:1 support, unfortunately we (Barnet Council’s 0-19 Early Help Programmes Team) aren’t able to provide 1:1 or additional support for a young person to access any of our activities, courses or programmes. Your 1:1 support worker would need to be provided by you as a parent/carer or any professionals (Social Worker/ 0-19 Practitioner etc) involved with your young person. The worker providing 1:1 support would need to be DBS checked and meets all the requirements to support a young person with SEND (Special Educational Needs or Disabilities and or Autism). Also the worker can be arranged by contact Short Breaks Team or Disabled Children’s Team and using your Short Break allocation. Please make sure you update your profile on our website and cancel your booking in advance. Therefore, if your child misses two consecutive sessions in a row or misses 2 separate sessions across the term or holiday period and we aren’t informed, or an appropriate reason isn't shared we will have to remove your child from the activity.
