The London Borough of Barnet, Child and Family Early Help are always reviewing activities for delivery to ensure we schedule new and vibrant options for children and young people in line with demand and the latest trends that hit street level. If you think your Organisation has a delivery that may be of interest you are welcome to complete our delivery registration forms giving us more information.
The Traded Service and Programme Team are looking for Organisations to support the 0 – 19 Early Help Positive Activities online and face to face delivery throughout the holiday and term time periods from 2022 – 2023 as set out below:

The Child and Family Early Help requires a fluid and flexible approach to the planning and delivery of activities to meet the needs of young people in Barnet. As such bookings with Organisations who register are not guaranteed with the submission received. The Traded Service and Programmes team aim to offer opportunities where possible to Organisations who offer quality delivery and value for money when scheduling delivery through a range of ways such as; spot purchases of places, holiday delivery, term time regular bookings to ad hoc one off events.
The Traded Service and Programme team split the delivery into the following areas:
The delivery areas are then split into activity headings to ensure Organisations are placed in relevant areas for ease of quality and price consideration.

The Child and Family Early Help carry out due diligence checks on all Organisations that carry out activity delivery as part of our standard practice. Organisations are required to have the following to be considered for delivery:
Organisations that complete the delivery application will be assessed by price and quality through the delivery questions, responses will be scored according to the table below.

Organisations will be contacted directly by the 0 – 19 Early Help Traded Service to offer delivery bookings, if agreed, a Provider Agreement contract will be issued. Additional information for the Once this occurs additional information will be requested as set out below.
Organisations will be required to supply details of any other commissioned work being carried out within the London Borough of Barnet from the Provider Agreement issue date.
Organisations will be required to provide information for payments via the finance processes set within the London borough of Barnet.
Organisations will be required to attend Provider Meetings for delivery briefings and evaluations for delivery
